What are the access hours?
Access to the facility is from 6am to 9pm. For access outside of those hours, we have 24/7 access available for a small monthly fee. Simple!
Will I have a long term lease?
Your lease is month to month, however lots of people stay a long time. Your choice, Simple!
What do I need to move in?
Moving in is easy! All you need is your first months rent, a state issued ID, phone number, and a secondary contact. Simple!

When is my rent due?
At Simple Storage, the day of the month you move in will be your due date in following months. If this is not convenient for you, it is possible to pay a prorated daily amount to move your due date to one of your choice. Simple!
Do you offer climate controlled storage?
Currently, all our units are outdoor, drive-up access, units.
Are my belongings protected?
We offer several packages of insurance through U-hauls affiliate company, Ponderosa Insurance Agency. Packages are from as low as $7.95 per month to a $15,000 package for $35.95 per month. Simple!
